New Hope is currently seeking a Controller to join its business and accounting team. This position will report to the CFO and requires a proactive, team-orientated leader. The ideal candidate will have experience managing finance and accounting functions, preferably in a non-profit environment.
The primary role of the Controller is to manage, supervise and coordinate financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial data. The Controller manages all accounting functions, prepares financial reports and budgets and assist in developing new finance and accounting policies.
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or business with an emphasis in accounting and 4 years relevant experience, CPA preferred. Applicant should be strong communicator, be willing to work collaboratively, active listener and have good problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
